I/we agree to abide by the rules of the ECDogs and accept full responsibility for my dog(s) during and after sessions with a representative of ECDogs and whilst partaking in any activities organised by ECDogs. I/we will take all precautionary measures to avoid unnecessary confrontations. I/we agree to always keep my dog(s) on a lead and under control, unless instructed otherwise. I/we understand that there are risks when training animals and understand that ECDogs does not accept responsibility for injury or harm to dogs or handlers. I/we understand that ECDogs requires that all dogs are vaccinated, in line with current veterinary advice and be free from any contagious disease or health conditions. The client must notify us in writing of any health issue the dog may have. I/we understand that all invoices must be paid within a 14 day period. Late payment will incur a £100.00 late payment fee. Whilst We (ECDogs) strive to achieve the best outcomes for dogs and clients, results are dependant upon a number of factors, such as consistency of training and owner compliance. We therefore cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Clients must make payment for sessions up to 24 hours before their agreed appointment time. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of the appointment. Payments must be made via paylink provided upon the arrangement of your appointment in order to confirm the session. No other payment method (i.e cash, bank transfer or in person card payment) is accepted.

Members of HGDTC:

Clients who have maintained a membership with HGDTC for a minimum of eight weeks, with regular attendance to classes (this is defined at the discretion of ECDogs Staff only) are eligible for a 20% HGDTC Discount. This discount is only available up until 48 hours before your agreed appointment, after which 24 hours will remain for payment of the full amount to be fulfilled. Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of the appointment.
